Welcome Aboard! Andrew Oliver Joins Team Harborside as Market Analyst
Team Harborside has added a new member to its crew. We are pleased to announce that Andrew Oliver, the leading source for Essex County housing statistics, has joined us as our Market Analyst. Andrew will be providing comprehensive statistics and commentary on housing trends, property taxes, mortgage rates and other factors influencing the real estate market. He will also be available to produce exclusive market reports for Team Harborside clients.

About Andrew Oliver
A transplant from London, Andrew moved to Marblehead, MA in 1993.
Andrew has always been passionate about numbers and digging into statistics to tell the story. His earlier career was in investment banking and he managed offices in London, Singapore, and Boston. He worked both as a research analyst and an investment banker specializing in capital raising.
After 9/11 (Andrew was in the World Trade Center in 1993 when the bomb went off and also the night before 9/11 in which 67 members of his company died) he retired from investment banking to pursue philanthropy.
In 2014, Andrew was appointed a Member of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (M.B.E.) for “services to homelessness in the United States”, and received the award from H.M. The Queen at Buckingham Palace.
He currently serves as President Emeritus of Lifebridge North Shore. The organization’s plans for ending homelessness have been hailed as “a model for the nation”.
Andrew loves to help people achieve their dreams, whether in education, in life – or in real estate. As a licensed REALTOR®, he has been involved in transactions for all types of property: condos, commercial property, and single-family homes, from starter to oceanfront.
He has kept his numbers game sharp by embarking on several passion projects. In 2012 he launched OliverReports.com, a comprehensive source of information about the real estate market in Marblehead, surrounding towns and throughout Essex County. Prior to that, he wrote eight semi-annual reviews of the local property market for the Marblehead Reporter.
Joining Forces with Team Harborside
